Meditation Made Simple

I have long been searching for precise instructions on how to meditate. This Audio book is the only resource I have found that enabled me to begin this practice. It explains how to sit, what to concentrate on, and how to remain focused when learning to meditate.

Highly recommend.

Mindfulness is a difficult and daunting thing to understand. Not to mention all the yahoos out there trying to explain it. This Audio book breaks it down for you, walks you through the journey step by step. Well written, easy to comprehend, not in anyway condescending.

I love this Audio book

I love this Audio book. It's my constant companion. I just keep reading it over and over, along with my practice, and I keep learning new things. I've given away over a dozen copies to friends. I'm actually mostly practicing the method , but I still find this a wonderful guide.

Wonderful Guide

The whole sense of how to employ meditation. This book definitely involves what it is, why it's beneficial, how to meditate, when and where. Just reading the book gets you excited and makes you feel happy. I have already bought it for two birthday presents because I felt the need to share it with the world.

I wanted a Audio book about nothingness that would explain it to me in plain .This is it. It's put years back on my life in ways that words can't express.If you are even remotely interested in meditation or calming your mind, give this book a go!

Must Helpful Guide

I'm very pleased with this purchase. I've used it for the last few weeks to be more effective in dealing with distractions while meditating. Using some of the strategies here I've been able to stay focused for more time during my sitting rather than drifting off into thoughts and worries. Very detailed and clearly written, would recommend.

Interesting Guide

What makes this Audio book wonderful is his insightful, practical, jargon free descriptions of the detached, wise state one is trying to achieve through mindfulness. The book is inspiring. I love it and dip into it regularly for inspiration.

Great Audio book

Pretty good

This was a pretty good Audio book for beginner meditation. Although, I did feel like a lot of the ideas were reiterated many times and were a bit redundant.
