Mindfully mind-blowing!

This is the best book/course I have come across ever. I feel grateful to have discovered this and thank the author for sharing the mindfulness practice and his life's work and experience in such a concise and accessible manner. I hope to take a lot from this.

Very good overall.

Very good overall. Well split by topics and objects of meditation. The narrator has a very clear speech and I particularly liked the lay approach. It’s a good book to come back to whenever you need to review the concepts or get you back on track/motivated.

I listen to a lot of audiobooks, usually in the background. This book gives you techniques to keep you mentally present whatever you're doing. It demystifies meditation and sophisticated techniques, giving it to you in easy-to-use guidelines.

Amazing and profound overview of the practice.

I really enjoyed listening and practicing along with these lectures. I've been practicing mindfulness for years and found them to be educating and accurately descriptive of the practice.
