Absolutely loved this book.

Here you'll learn how to eat a keto diet based on real foods. It has an array of recipes collection for breakfasts, brunch and dinners, poultry, soup, stew and salads, beef and pork, fish and seafood, vegan and vegetarian, sweet and savory snacks, appetizers, desserts and condiments. The book gives a very basic explanation of Keto and a lot of great, easy prep recipes.

Clear and informative

There are such huge numbers of extraordinary and solid plans to attempt in this book regardless of whether you are not "Keto" and need to remain sound. I would exceptionally prescribe it to any individual who is on a low carb and high-fat eating regimen. Virginia works admirably clarifying what Keto is and how to join it into your way of life.

This is a powerful book!

I love this book and all of her others. Easy Keto Diet Cookbook are a must have in your arsenal of healthy eating. Finding enough good recipes to keep on track is a must and this book delivers. The recipes are wonderful, with just a few ingredients and easy to follow directions. I am so pleased I purchased this, it makes my Keto journey so much better.

Best Book

Felt in love with the author's podcast and very real approach to women's bodies and health that is different from all notions about keto mainly studied in men. Excellent Audiobook

This book is amazing at explaining the keto world! I came from a Whole Foods based diet, but still ate too many carbs and hit a plateau on my weight loss and still struggle with constant sugar highs and lows. Looks very helpful so far. More info than another beginner's book I purchased.

Very very impressive!

I would say the Book does have easy recipes to follow, but most of the recipes are not appealing to me. I would recommend the book for really more Keto driven people. This book wasn't for me. But might be for someone else.

It is very interesting

I sent it to my Brother-in-Law, who is Type Diabetic because he's expressed interest in it since I and my husband changed our eating habits to Ketogenic. I would recommend this Cookbook to anyone, especially beginners, as it has easy to follow recipes that I found easy to replicate. Good job!

Excellent Advice.

I found the book very informative, and easy to follow, definitely a good introduction into the 'World of the Keto Diet'. The recipes were easy to follow, a few had Servings for 1 - 2 people which is great for my husband and I.
