Good Basic Keto info but if you want the recipes you are going to have to write them down as there is no PDF file with them included. This is less about the author and what she provided vs. what is included with the Audible download.

Great cookbook!

The Keto Reset Diet is intelligently written but easy to understand. As someone who is conscious about your health and what you eat, you have
probably heard about keto cleansing and the keto diet, also known as the ketogenic diet. The keto diet is a lowcarb, high-fat diet that is popular among athletes and average folk alike. Recipes are easy to make and so delicious--you eat all day so you are never hungry.

Works best

There is also a lot of dairy which I like. There is an occasional recipe with an obscure ingredient and I can usually make a substitution. I would say i am happy with my purchase and appreciate that its not just smoothies and salads

Well written and interesting

The biggest criticism is that it is clearly written for a housewife. As a single busy person I do not necessarily have time to make some of these recipes during the week. At least 20% of the dinner entrees have over an hour of prep and cook time. Also most of the recipes call for 4 servings. More then just a cookbook with great recipes, it has a 28 day plan to help you find success with the Keto diet! I am looking forward to starting after the weekend!

Good meal plan and goof info at the beginning, although I don’t know what makes it a cleanse. It’s like a crash diet or something, but I am going to try it.

Like this book.

Since your body uses the glucose as the primary source of energy, your fats have no immediate use and therefore the body stores them This is what happens when you are on a normal, high-carb diet. However, when you decrease your intake of carbs through the keto diet, your body goes into a state known as ketosis. This is a natural state that the body uses to help us survive when there's low food intake. In this state, the body breaks down fats in the liver to produce ketones, which are then used as a source of emergy. Very appreciating book. Like this book.

Recommended!

This book is wonderful,When you embark on your keto cleanse, you will quickly realize that spiralized veggies are a great, low-carb alternative to pasta. This makes it important for you to have a spiralizer in your kitchen. You can go with a cheap handheld spiralizer or opt for a more convenient but more expensive counter top version.
