One of the recommended diets

One of the recommended diets that my friends keeps pushing me to listen to. Had some thoughts about eating less carbs but then it goes into detail why going through ketosis might be a good idea. It has its cons though. Some people will need to consult doctor before going through Keto diet. I might give it a try.

There are a lot of things about Ketogenic diet that I think may work well with my lifestyle. For one, I prefer fats than carbs. Though it seems to be a strict diet, making sure not to slip off the Ketosis, it proves to have worked on others so might as well give it a try.

Loved the recipes!

Macros are given priorities in this diet. As long as we hit our macros which is high fat, low carb and moderate protein, we will achieve Ketosis. The book explored deeper on the basis of Ketogenic diet as well as the recipes. Loved the recipes!

comprehensive beginners guide book

I like how comprehensive this beginners guide book is. Before diving into the recipes, the author made sure everyone will know everything good and bad about Keto diet. And recipes are nice, I wish I had a print version of the book so I can see them while I cook. This audio version works great too.

I love the meal plan.

I love the meal plan. The first part of the book tells more about the Keto basics, which was so useful in order for listeners to decide whether this diet is perfect for them. The moment I tried the recipes, I'm totally into this diet.

I love the free bonus content and the narrator's zeal in narrating the book. The main purpose of me getting this book is to lose weight in an effective manner while improving my health. I am surprised that it has more benefits than I thought of, not only about losing weight. The Keto lifestyle works on low on carbs, moderate protein and healthy fats. I am fine with that. I am excited to follow the tips on what I need to change to kick-start the Keto diet.

With the wrong diet plan, one can easily lose weight and then gain some right after. This diet is more of a lifestyle where in one has to carefully maintain his/her macros to make sure he/she stays in the so-called Ketosis. Based from what I listened, it seems harder to reach Ketosis at first but once our body has adapted to using fat over carbs, it gets easier. The beginner's recipes are useful in making sure we get into Ketosis early on. Well-presented audiobook. Thumbs up on the narration.
