Love it

I love this book. Helpful tips are found throughout, and to top it off, eating this way has saved us a TON of money so far. We’re a gluten free house (allergy) and this by far has given is the variety of foods and tastes found in the recipes.

Lots of variety

So I got this cookbook when I found out my cholesterol was high and knew the Mediterranean diet was a great way to eat. This cookbook is awesome! Just cooked my first recipe and it turned out amazing! I had never cooked with fennel and if you go to the index to fennel it will direct you to first page fennel is used and tell you how to cut it!!!!!

Lots of recipes for healthy eating

Always heard about the Mediterranean way to eat. I am not creative in the kitchen, so I decided to use the Test Kitchen's cookbook. I have had success with their other volumes.

The Ultimate Mediterranean Cookbook!!

There are interesting combinations of spices and foods. I have noticed the Recipes require what feels like more work =chopping and steps taken than our previous food prep .of meat , starch , steamed veg and salad -or I am getting older
