Intermittent Fasting

My friend recommended this book and I’m glad he did. Provides an overview of intermittent fasting including the types of fasts, benefits and tips, and meal plans. I’ve been fasting for a week now and already feel better.

Life changer

This book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast.

When I listen Susanne's book, something clicked. I do not have to be perfect in my IF-approach. I can drink my coffee with milk and still fast till dinner and see results! This was so freeing. I am so glad that I have listen this book!

This is a very very very good book!

This is a very very very good book! This is the only book (of many IF books that I've read) that gave me the permission to drink my coffee with milk! Every other book on IF insists that you need to drink your coffee black in order to follow their plan. I've always felt like a failure doing other IF-plans because of this and this led to my inconsistency in sticking to any plan.

Definitely worth the listen

Susanne, thanks for being such a positive influence in the lives of so many. While I don't have as much to lose as some, I want to have better control over this aspect of my life. I also feel like I learn a lot more than intermittent fasting, as she shares her struggle and success, working to be a better person each day.

I am so much happy to get this amazing book.

The author is very personable and Inspiring. I totally agree that you need to make your plan easy so you don’t feel deprived and you’ll stick with it. Just don’t eat in your fasting window and eat foods you enjoy in your feasting window. I loved the book.

I listen this book so truly

Plus there are lots of tips on how to gradually grow into a new way of living that makes fasting normal and acceptable to your body. Very, very smart approach - not for crash dieters, but for those who want to love themselves healthy.

Very helpful and useful audio.

I probably own every intermittent fasting memoir out there, and this is my favorite. I love her advice and reasoning behind what she does. I so agree with her dislike of eating windows. Limiting your eating episodes in a day really takes care of the need for a set “window.” This book is written in a friendly, easy manner. You feel like a new friend is talking to you.

Quality content and narration!

I noticed that I did’t always lose weight and it really frustrated me. Plus, I allowed myself to eat after 4 pm and that introduced some grazing before the evening meal. Now that Susanne has given me that puzzle piece with an expectation to lose 1 pound a week and to even celebrate half a pound, as well as the experimenting mentality

This was a great book.

I appreciated her style and advice, so I bought this book. Glad I did! She is very clear in laying out her experience and philosophy of intermittent fasting. I finished the book in a few days and started on my own IF journey right away.
