Though incidence of these conditions is skyrocketing, for the past four decades standard treatment hasn’t much changed, and success rates in treating them have barely improved, either. Meanwhile, the stigma of the “mental illness” label - damaging and devastating on its own - can often prevent sufferers from getting the help they need. Not worth the time or a credit
Way too clinical, reads like a medical textbook. Very little takeaway actions and learnings other than practice a Meditation diet. Narration is very poor as well.

Terrible narration
Couldn't listen more than 2 minutes. Narrator's voice is EXTREMELY annoying and dripping with haughty immaturity, rather than the calm reserve the serious medical subject matter requires. The narrator is distracting and their obvious desire for attention to be on them, and their "performance ", rather than the book made me return it without listening!
