Short and sweet

This was the first time I choose a nutrition/diet audio book. I liked that I was able to get the whole story while driving. The only challenge would be if I wanted to use the recipes. If intermittent fasting is new to you this is a good introduction. However, plan to listen more than once if you want to take notes.

Nope

I'm a huge fan of intermittent fasting.

With that being said, this book is filled with inconsistencies and factual errors.

Although I agree with the authors overarching message, the research and science behind this is obviously foreign to him.

This audiobook is very short, and probably not worth the price.

On a better note, the narrator is very good.

realistic weigt loss approach

This was an easy read with excellent doable advice. My favorite part was the realistic perspective and the offer of several different methods to find a match that fits your lifestyle. I learned a lot about intermittent fasting and the advantages to your body, not just your weight on the scale. Thanks,kylie young! Great book that I recommend to all

nice book

I have always been interested in trying out intermittent fasting and this book really lays it out in a very clear and easy to follow way. I have never eaten breakfast so I feel this will be an easy and effective programme to follow to hopefully help me lose a few pounds in the process. I would highly recommend this book to any one interested in intermittent fasting.

great book for started good planing for intermittn

Well explained, quick easy listening, supported with group study findings. The author says "anyone can do this".
Plan is easily understood. Lots of choices for when and how and specific ab
out expectations. It will wake u up to what will not work and that's why your listening this. Like me, I know a bunch about the subject but it just isn't working. I know this will. Time to take check up: weight, health, habits. Time to get real. The author explains intermittent fasting without pulling in punches. He tells it like it is and makes u want start now.t
