Only Diet that Works!

OMAD has changed my life!! I've never felt better. I started with intermittent fasting then learned about OMAD. Already Down 106 lbs, hoping to lose another 90. I hope everyone is reaching their health/fitness goals this year. 2019 is our year, people.

A friend suggested me to look through this book and share what i think, i think this book is excellent, it's pleasant for ears and explained the hardcore Omad that already worked for me. This book also presented some new and updated strategies i suggest everyone to follow.

A diet to have!

There are so many fad diets nowadays and not all true to what it says. Maybe not in a way they tell it but with this kind of diet I can say this will be a good one. I am excited to show the results soon. Thanks to the author!

Halthy way to Loose weight.

Valuable information!

I've been considering doing intermittent fasting for a while and after listening Susan I am inspired to try the OMAD diet. The author has combined this book with valuable information on diets and weight loss, but it's all simply explained. The final chapter is very motivating.

OMAD

I wasn't aware of the Omad much before but i think i have chosen the perfect file to open to get introduced with it. The writing was straight forward and the author nicely provided relevant explanation between omad and modern lifestyle.
I enjoyed hearing Susan. It was calm and steady, i never lose track of it. I think i will need a few more research before seriously thinking to apply it.

Excellent Way of Life

Putting your body in a state of fasting causes your body to go through autophagy which has positive impacts for your cells’ detoxification processes. That and after being on intermittent fasting for a a few days, you teach your body to live with the mild discomfort of being hungry.
The author has really explained it well through science and the nature of mankind. I enjoyed listening to it.

Fabulous listen

I have the paper copy of this book and bought it on audible to listen on my commute, to reinforce some important points.
Brilliantly narrated by Susan, easy to listen and absorb. Fabulous.
