I love this cookbook! It contains a large variety of recipes. Recipes are delicious and really quick to prepare. Most of the recipes will take less than an hour to prepare. They are simple enough to make but delicious enough to impress your friends and family. All recipes in this book are saved with simpler ingredients with easy cooking directions. Your family followers will absolutely request you to prepare these dishes again and again. It is created with low carbs and mainly used for weight loss.

Must listen to it.....

Good to know that there is a guide book like this wherein you can learn how low carb was done and no need to spend long hours in the kitchen. This book has a lot of tips on how to prepare the meals with the help of some kitchen equipment. I've learned that in this method, freezing instructions are very important. Low-carb recipes included in this book are all healthy and help you lose weight.

Excellent book......

I am on a low carb diet recently and I wanted to try out some quick and simple low carb recipes. I found this book on Amazon audioble and immediately grabbed it. A good resource book, but wanted more recipes so I can try different varieties each day. This is a recommended read for anyone interested in starting a low carb diet.

What I Needed.

I found this book to be very informative and most helpful as well as very well thought out and put together. From the way it’s laid out in segments to the way each section goes into great detail regarding the how’s and why’s as well as the why Not’s of doing a low carb diet. And I was very impressed by the fact that the authors tell you that you do NOT have to count calories with a low carb diet as long as you do it the right way.
I also found it most helpful that they had a full section on recipes for cooking low carb meals at home that were quite easy to adjust to our lifestyle. All in all, a very good book to have around.

Excellent read and very informative.

This is a great starter cookbook if you want to get into a Low Carb Diet. What I like is that the beginning of the book actually gives you information about a Low Carb diet and the benefits of it. I love that the book gives advice on low-carb eating, reading food labels, stocking up on essentials and even how to eat low carb when dining out. After you get through the information, which I found VERY helpful, then you get to the recipes. As most other cookbooks it is divided into sections and only has a few recipes per section. I like that because you can get this, read up and try a few recipes before you commit to the diet. Excellent read and very informative.

Wonderful book!

I wanted something that was scientifically proven to work. So I did some research and found this book. I immediately got hooked when I listen the first chapter because of all the educational information about what a low carb diet was and how it worked. There were even tips for dining out. This booked informed me of the differences between bad and good carbs which made it very easy to shop at the grocery store. Great choice for anyone looking to get info for a healthier diet that actually works!

Awesome Indeed!!

I love most about the Low Carb Diet is that it is for people like myself, who are in the very beginning stages of making lifestyle changes. This book, gives an introduction about how to lower carbs, how and why they work, and the truth about many common low-carb diet myths. This book offers a basic low-carb eating plan and quick and easy delicious recipes. In a society where obesity is at an all time high, it is great to have a book like this one to use a guide, in an attempt to achieve my goals of losing weight and maintaining my ideal weight as I get older.

This book is wonderful.

This book is wonderful. It’s a great guideline for low carb dieting. The book goes over the myths of low carb dieting which I love because I was sort of afraid of changing my diet because of some of the myths I believed. The book gives you shopping tips, cooking tips, and eating out tips! This book is great for diet starters because you won’t be starving with these great dishes.

Workable low carb diet

This plan is diverse enough to keep me on this diet, the explanations are direct, make sense and provide the necessary encouragement to begin this diet. Most low cab diets are so boring. This one has texture and promises a path to success.

Great Buy!

Low-Carb Diet provides a detailed explanation of the diet, the science behind why it works, a listing of who it works for and even helps with a substitution list and disproving some of the false assumptions out there. I found it very helpful, clear, and the recipes provided look fantastic.
The recipes in the book are easy to make with easy to obtain ingredients. But most importantly the recipes I tried actually tasted pretty good. I’ve tried a few and I really look forward to making more.

Must listen….

I never would have thought that a low carb diet could be so good! Before when I would think of low carb, I basically thought it meant eliminating all of the foods that, to me. tasted good and replacing them with bland, unappealing ones instead. Well, this book changed how I will forever look at eating low carb. I enjoyed the suggestive meal plan as well as the delicious recipe options. I must say that this is a great book and one in which I highly recommend!

Great for Beginners!

Low Carb Diet book is a must have for all who think about dieting. The book explains how a low carb diet can affect your life from losing weight to preventing diabetes. Dining-Out can be a little challenging but this book gives you some great tips on how to stay on that low carb diet.
