Great Book! A pleasure to listen to!!
I downloaded several intermittent diet books and saved this one to listen to last (because it was the shortest). Sort of thought if would be short on information. WRONG! While he is Not a doctor, he draws on 3 years of research & trial and error on his own.
I must say I got more from this book, than all the others combined, and no offence to them!! I am 72 with a few aches and pains here & there. This book flipped a switch for me. I think since starting OMAD yesterday the book has changed my outlook on the diet. I am now thinking it IS the proper way to eat!! This will give my body the time to heal and get rid of my pesky aches!! I wasn't going to eat many fruits because of the sugar content. Going to store after I finish this review. I'm going to go out on a limb and try the fruit & water (or lack of) suggestions. I only came back to see if he had any other books & he does. I got it right away!! I will also share that the narration is excellent. Might write another review next month with an update on my results. So, I HIGHLY recommend this book and a BIG thank you to the author!!

Just Awesome! Yes!
This approach to intermittent diet is excellent! Author has a way of breaking things down so that it is very practical which makes it super easy to incorporate IF smoothly into your daily life. Things like this should be handled not as a diet but lifestyle change. The concepts are broken down in a way that's easy to listen and informative. I love not just knowing that something works but WHY it is working. I feel great today and will start slowing incorporating some workouts and I cannot wait to see the added results! There's just so much great information there and he even goes through additional examples of incorporating this into your daily life. I love it! Really a good book!. So far it's working well. Down 14 lbs in 8 wks. A no brainier and so easy to adapt to your lifestyle. Well done!

Outstanding Overview!!
This diet promises the maintenance of a healthier weight and body for life. One of the encouraging aspects of the diet is flexibility. You choose the days, but you're not bound to those days every week, so you can adjust it to whatever's happening in your life that week. Nice diet audio book
I suppose I should review this audiobook, but I'm really going to review the diet. I have this audiobook, and it's a big part of what persuaded me to begin, but I think people might be interested in what the experience is like. This audiobook is helpful and motivational, but probably not essential in terms of getting into the practice. Nevertheless, I found it useful and it's a resource I can refer to others.

I listen to this audio book very carefully
I listen to this audiobook very carefully, since I was VERY skeptical. I had been adhering to the "Eat small meals" hype so that I could keep my metabolism in fat-burning mode. I see now that that's as big a crock as the whole low fat diet scam of the 90s where I ate disgusting Snackwells cookies and other low fat/high sugar processed junk thinking I was doing myself a favor.

I highly recommend listening the audio book
I now understand that is so far from the truth. I think the key to success with this lifestyle change is really committing to it and holding yourself accountable. This audiobook is very interesting and easy to listen to. My primary care doctor recommended it to me when I had shared with him that I was struggling with my weight. Since listening the book I notice that when I do eat I eat smaller portions and have stopped snacking. During the fasting stage I feel more energized, motivated and my mind feels clear and quiet. I check the book regularly, 1 for inspiration and 2 to check side effects/symptoms to see if they are normal or not. I've personally done 5-7 day fasts based on approach, and did so safely. All-in-all I would recommend this book to everyone who is ready to take back control of their health, especially if they suffer from illness or disease.this book very helpful

Great listen and way of life!
This book is a quick, easy listen full of great information. I love the personal testimonials and that Gin writes in a conversational way. I’m not a “sciency” person, but I had no problem understanding the science behind the benefits of intermittent diet.This book is filled with information and knowledge. It's been a game changer for me to make so big changes in my life. I use it as a reference weekly. Highly recommend if you are looking to make some healthy change and get answers about ID.

The best book I have seen!
Wow! Awesome book! The variety of recipes is outstanding. Cruising through the cookbook makes me hungry. Many of the recipes are gluten free (I'm cutting carbs to loose weight) which helps the way I'm living now. For example, no bread crumbs in the Marinara Beef Meatballs.

A great book fr great people!
Wow! I joined the Instant Pot cult a couple years ago, and while this device in itself has been a game changer, I had a hard time landing on reliable recipes.Great! I have enough experience in the kitchen to transpose some personal favorites to the new (to me) technique, but it was a little hit-and-miss with timing and understanding how pressure cooking affect things such as moisture works (i.e., you typically need a lot less). Plus, I needed a little inspiration. Intermittent diet the best !

Great diet
This book is very interesting and easy to listen. My primary care doctor recommended it to me when I had shared with him that I was struggling with my weight. I listen the book and started following the plan right away. It was tough at first but I stuck with it and it got easier. They say that any diet can work if you stick to it. This diet is pretty easy to stick to, the science makes sense, and it worked well for me. The most important benefit is that I've lost my fear of hunger.
