This book is a great resource for anyone suffering from anti-inflammatory issues or for people just interested in general overall wellness when eating. The recipes are very easy to listen and are comprised for only a few ingredients making it easy to prepare.

Yes! Thank you, Jason Michaels, for this very complete and easy to follow guide about anti inflammatory food. The recipes create delicious meals and the format with the listing of do’s and don’ts makes changing ones diet a much simpler transition.

This seems to be a diet book that sounds like it might be helpful. Inflammation causes a lot of pain and other
health issues. If we eliminate the inflammation we should find out! It seems fairly simple and the recipes are
easy to understand and to prepare.

Great way to learn the material

Very interesting. Learned lots about those I'd never think were inflammatory foods! Living with UC and trying to make the best of my diet without causing me more distress gastrointestinal. This will give me a big help with that!

Loads of great info

I love this cookbook! The recipes are all very simple to make and they all look very good. I love that these are healthier recipes as well. I'm always looking for a good healthy recipe I can feed to my family. Many recipes don't take a whole lot of time to cook either, which is great for me since I'm always running out of time to cook up a great meal. I would highly recommend this book to anyone.

We highly recommend this book

GREAT BOOK. Easy and straight forward recipes with attainable ingredients! I've cooked several in just a few weeks. I like the explanations and that because they are simple you can "add" to them if you choose to fit your tastes. Good investment.

Healthy easy to follow recipes but occasionally lacking on flavor. Would recommend doubling some of the spice amounts but otherwise great!
