Great resource

GREAT BOOK

Easy and straightforward recipes with attainable ingredients! I've cooked several in just a few weeks. I like the explanations and that because they are simple you can "add" to them if you choose to fit your tastes. Good investment.

This seems to be a diet book that sounds like it might be helpful. Inflammation causes a lot of pain and other health issues. If we eliminate the inflammation we should find out! It seems fairly simple and the recipes are easy to understand and to prepare.

I appreciate this audio book

This was easy to understand, which I appreciated. I am healing arthritis and I found this a very helpful guide to nutrition, herbs, and supplements. The audio book gives some scientific studies and data to support his guidelines, however, it is not so over-the-top that it loses the readers ability to understand the material.

A lot of good information

This had a lot, of good information regarding foods we eat and inflammation. It also has a lot of good recipes that aren't complicated and using products that you can buy at your local grocery stoner.
