This covers everything.

Our family history has multiple cases of Alzheimer's. It is nice to read a book with great ideas about brain health!! Mindless eating has taken over our lives and we need to make changes. I really enjoy the food breakdowns and that plans are all set to get started.

Narration is very good.

I thought this was a very good book. I love that it starts off with helping you understand more about Alzheimer's. It's a great book for guiding you more on Alzheimer's prevention and what you should eat. I honestly never knew that eating some of these foods could help prevent it. It's a very good book that has a lot of great information in it. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

kudos to author!!

Alzheimer's has risen its insidious head in my husband's family. It's my hope that with the information in this book I'll be able to improve the odds my husband may not be diagnosed with this disease as his parents were. This book doesn't contain recipes, for those you'll need other books. These authors provide nutritional information, comparing different diets as well.

Lots of good information

This book has already become a nice resource for my grocery list and diet. The organization of the information is excellent and easy to follow. The authors' professional backgrounds and degrees add credibility. In addition to being a nice guide for promoting brain health, the information is helpful for other health problems.
