Great info. but this reader tough to listen to

All of the information is great about Leadership in this book. I suggest to but the companion or hard copy. Sixth edition has some new examples which is great. This edition's reader not as good as the authors reading the book in previous edition.

One of the worst narrators

Listening to this book was like hearing a high-timber loud person recounting a panicky situation for nearly 10 hours. What a poor quality production.

Great content. But slow paced.

Loved the content. Good tried-and-true practices. The narrator sounded like he was from NPR. I sped it up to 1.5 times just to keep interested.

Promotional Process preparation

I found that listening to the audible book while simultaneously reading the book help to retain a lot of helpful information. While the material is very dry, it is nonetheless very important reading

Like listening to a robot - not very engaging

Is there anything you would change about this book?

I would change the narrator. The book has some good info, but it was hard to concentrate to what was being said as the narrator was very monotone like a robot. No emotion at all.

How could the performance have been better?

The book is not engaging. I found my mind was drifting off to think about other things. This is unlike the books from Harvard Business Review who are really engaging and can listen with ease.

Was The Leadership Challenge Sixth Edition worth the listening time?

No. I have the book too which is good, but I didn;t like the audio book at all.
