Excellent advice and book

Keep learning, keep reading, keep growing. I would recommend listening to this more than once.

Insightful thought provoking introspection.

I tried taking notes of major Aha moments but stopped because there were too many.

Great update!

This book is a great update on the first version, not because it’s better but because it has come from decades of growth and maturity. Maxwell shows that it’s ok to change your thinking as you mature and grow older. But as always the principles don’t..the foundations of success in life remain the same. This is a great book John, thank you for you 70 year old wisdom.

A great read (listen)...

Looking back on my own leadership journey, I wish I had found this book years ago. After listening through it this 1st time, I now understand where I was as a leader and now can see my potential for growth in leadership. It has also given a better understanding of leaders who have been appointed over me in the past, as well as today. I look forward to listening and reading this book in its entirety again, as well as seeking out other writings by John C Maxwell. I would recommend this book to everyone regardless you see yourself as a leader or see yourself ever becoming one.

Simply put, I like John Maxwell

Listened by myself on a lengthy business trip. Some of the content is repetitive to Maxwell’s other works but all in all, good content, arrangement and presentation. Be prepared to pause and do a little introspection with a couple of the exercises and take stock of some leadership experiences you have — positive and negative — in light of this outline. He also adds a little meat in a few places onto 21 Laws concepts.

Mr Maxwell is very inspirational. I have enjoyed my journey through his leadership books. I look forward to continuing my growth and sharing it worth others.

Learning To Learn Daily

If we are to get better at leadership, parenting, coaching sport or business and life. We must learn to learn everyday. We must strive to be better tomorrow! EVERYDAY!

Very inspiring

I took away so much from this book there where times in the book while reading it created so much good energy I was at the edge of my seat. I’ve marked it up and have taken so many notes to continue to go back to it. Definitely worth the time
