i have listened to this audiobook twice. very instructive and useful for job related and personal relationships.

Crucially crucial 😊

I’m only giving it 4/5 stars because I felt it repeated itself a lot. However, this is one of my favorites that I’ve read for my leadership institute reading assignments. A lot of modern and lovely advice on how to have crucial conversations with confidence and purpose. Highly recommend if you’re in a leadership position or just looking to strengthen your own conversation and communication skills to get the results you are wanting.

Great update

I listened to the original crucial conversations program on CD many years ago. This is a great update, and listening to it again reminds me that we all need to understand this material for both our personal and professional success. I need to listen again every couple of years too. A bargain.
