Hmm lovely!

Great cookbook easy to follow recipes. Family favorite is the Intermittent Fasting. I used this several times with my family and also substituted the turkey with venison. Yummy! Cool book!

Great book with a ton of variety

I was not sure what to expect from the recipes in the book but after trying a couple recipes it has become my new go to for the winter. It has a great variety of recipes whether you want to use your slow cooker or whip something up quickly. So far I have made ~20 different items and I would say all but 2 turned out as new favorites. Good to read it! Thanks author

There is a lot of important information here.

From this book I learned about the intermittent fasting, the advantages and disadvantages of this diet, a combined keto diet, and intermittent fasting, intermittent fasting for young mothers, and more. There is a lot of important information that will help start a post properly and effectively for health here.

I love the simple easy recipes.

I love the simple easy recipes. I have tried out a few of them with good results. Can’t wait to try out the rest. I have been intermittent fasting for two and a half weeks and have lost 6 lbs. Will update in 1 months time but so far I’m very pleased.

Great book for all who follow this Way of Eating. Informative, motivational, funny and relatable for those of us who have fallen off the "diet" path time and again. This is an excellent fasting guide, especially for women. The author has clearly stated all the essential information that is needed to know to get a pure understanding to follow intermittent fasting that will help to get rid of extra weight and lead a life worth living. I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. It was a helpful book.

I found this to be a very easy and quick audiobook for dieting and fasting tips. There is much in it I wouldn’t have thought of since I like food too much to diet, so this is very insightful to beginner dieters.
