Amazing resource

The Keto Diet by Leanne Vogel is an invaluable health and nutrition resource. It offers science based information as well as some of Leanne’s personal experiences with the keto diet. The supplement guide is extremely helpful and the recipes are delicious. Dana Stoutenburg narrates the book beautifully; I’m not sure Leanne and her team could have selected anyone better for the job.

Buy the kindle book instead!

The information is helpful but the reader's voice is not to my liking. I would like to skip to the pdf's instead of listen to her voice but I can't find them.

Excellent resource!

I love this book! I have both the hard copy and the audiobook. They are fantastic resources for anyone looking for a sane, whole-food, flexible approach to the ketogenic lifestyle - and I use the word lifestyle intentionally. With this book, as with all of her products, Leanne provides guidelines for creating your best life, an entire mind/body/soul approach centred on whole food ketogenic principles. And aside from all the feels, you get all the facts, figures, options, research and science to answer your questions and design your own individualized approach to healthier living. The only reason I did not give full stars is that I prefer Leanne's voice and narration to this one.
