Enjoyed

This Intermittent Fasting book was very easy to follow. This is the only diet that I can truly lose weight quickly without being miserable. I like this Intermittent fasting guidebook.

good book

Intermittent fasting could be a new different to fashionable diets. Easy to scan and follow. I hope that my family are impressed when they see my results. I wanted to quickly learn about intermittent fasting. This did the trick. Well organized and easy listen. There are typos, however.

Fair examples provided

Very useful and practical guide. I really appreciated that the author has included the nutritional values in each recipe, with the exact intake of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats for each dish.

Fantastic introduction of Intermittent Fasting

Fantastic introduction of Intermittent Fasting. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. It also touches specifically on the major topics of how fasting affects women, which I find it all interesting without having to run to google all the time. It is a good listen with useful practices which can be implemented fairly easily.
