I have experienced the effects of intermittent fasting, the advice given in this book will greatly improve one's health. This book was a perfect simplification of the basis of insulin function, diabetes, and how to get onto the ketogenic diet. This book clearly defines the steps you should take to start living healthier.

What I liked about this book is the detailed information on all aspects of health and fitness and diet. I am very interested in this topic and listening to this audiobook was incredibly easy and all-encompassing. In my opinion, the author is incredibly educated on these subjects. I highly recommend this book for anyone that’s looking to lose weight anyone looking to build muscle and anyone who has an illness. I really like this book. It has a long introductive part explaining all you need to know about keto (how to substitute ingredients, what to order at the restaurant, shopping list, different keto options....) and the second part of the book is rich in nice recipes. The content is excellent in the recipes are good. However, if you're not ready to really dive into keto, you should probably buy the five-ingredient keto book instead.
