Informative for the Curious

I have been interested in keto for a while. But, I was always met with either a high price tag to learn about it or very militant ideals.
This book was a good introduction with a more flexible point of view. All-in-alll, good read.

Even though this book states it's a "Woman's Guide" for Keto Diet enthusiasts, it's chock full of great information concerning not only what Keto dieting entails, the author has written this in such a way as to explain how it affects your overall physical and mental health for both men and women. It's a great read - highly recommend!!!

A handy guide for women to the Ketogenic life.

This is a great "go to" ketogenic guide for women. It really goes deep into the diet, calculating your macros, and the science behind it. It is particularly geared towards women and how to balance your hormones and lose weight while on the ketogenic diet. A very good resource for me.

Losing weight with keto is effective!!

The gender difference is one thing that's often overlooked when it comes to a keto diet. I was getting so frustrated when my husband was losing weight much faster than me even though we were doing the same approach.

First off, I enjoyed the down to earth verbiage humor while reading this book. Yes, it can be hard to get lost in the science of nutrition. However, this book compliments Ketogasm perfectly.
