Excellent for betrayal trauma

This book was recommended by my therapist for betrayal trauma for sexual addiction on the part of a religious spouse and it was excellent for having a plan for healing.

Tired of hearing that I have to be powerless

Would you try another book from Debra Laaser and/or Traci Svendsgaard?

No

What could Debra Laaser have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

I appreciate the religious aspect of this, but honestly, can being powerless really make you better? I am looking for a guide to enable me to heal without relying on a religion.
