iIf you are experiencing betrayal trauma start with this book. Most in-depth book I've found, get for the betrayed and offending partner. Also recommend The Betrayal Bind by Michelle Mays.

so much important information to help bring yourself back and keep healing

this book was full of things I had forgotten but needed to remember so I can refocus on my healing rather than getting stuck in the neverending black hole of unanswered questions and feeling so insignificant that I'm no longer myself and can't function as I should in life...highly recommend!

It’s like this book was written about my life

I can relate. Every chapter, the emotions the author described gave me words and helped me name the feelings I have experienced over the past two decades and beyond. Thank God for this book. It doesn’t replace counseling, but it definitely is worth months worth of visits in my opinion. So helpful. So validating.

I love that this book was read by the author. the wisdom, research, knowledge and personal experience shared in this book compassionately supports any betrayed spouse, especially a wife.
