the book overall is good but I didn't appreciate that pushes a lot a religious point of view and as a key portion for recovery.

A very revelatory read, a tool for healing.

It's focus on the symptoms of and reasons and means for overcoming co-dependency and how to avoid causing it by poor choices in the next generation was incredible. I found myself initially recognizing elements in others at varying degrees and them some in myself. Priceless. I'm ordering the print version now!
