Great and informative book.

I am reading this book currently. Very helpful guidance - especially in reducing stress and depression in your life. I would recommend it. It is practical and is not a "new age" type book.

Learned alot.

The book encourages you to change aspects of your thinking and your behavior by suggesting alternative ways of being. A lot of the material proved to be an eye opener for me. It is essential that the reader takes the time to write down their thoughts as requested throughout the book. Take the time to review these notes as you progress through the book, you will learn a lot

Great tool for someone with anxiety such as myself. So far, I am noticing the negative thoughts that create my anxiety and am learning how to stop them in their tracks. Def would recommend to anyone currently struggling

Can be life changing

I felt as if John was a friend, giving me the tools to move out of the fog. There are many tools in her toolbox. I will refer to this book many times in my journey to ward off anxiety and depression. Thanks for writing such a helpful book! Highly recommended

FIVE BIG STARS


Thank you John Roberts for writing this book and helping other people. I just devoured it searching for things that will help my son and myself with our neurologic issues. It is already helping us. I am seeing improvements in my neurologic symptoms. We need to support people who HELP THEMSELVES and share with those of us searching for answers. Your book and web site really have been a blessing in a very dark time in my life.

Excellent book!

This book is actually very good. I liked it so much that I had to show it to my friends that also study psychology. BIG like and I will for sure read more books from John Roberts.
