Concise and direct to the point.

This book contains phenomenal data pretty much all parts of reflection. I particularly valued the "how to" proposals joined with the "why it's significant" clarification

These guys started me on my journey to simplifying

Getting a good eight hours sleep is possible

Guided meditation is really helpful

The author and narrator guides you through all the different stages including induction, deepening, and termination to complete a session.I found this audio book similar to a stress releasing therapy, one listen is as helpful as one session of stress releasing therapy.The good point about this audio book is it's length, it is not too long or not too short for a session.
