I found it easy to use...

First, let me state, I purchased this book. I am not a paid reviewer nor have I received anything for doing a review.
Some of the recipes are time consuming.
Some of the recipes have ingredients that I had to look for - they weren't in my regular grocery store. I was able to find everything at a high end grocer.
The food is good, or at least I like most of it.
It is hard work only if you allow it to be. I haven't made every recipe in the book. I make what I like.

Reduce Inflammation and Get Back to Life...

As someone who struggles with joint inflammation, headaches and constant bloating, I have constantly been told that medication is the answer to all my problems...and then they get worse...and then I over-medicate. I am a meat and potatoes type of girl and not very good at following 'diets' because I have a hard time being told what to eat, but I love that there are charts to suggest food to avoid (high inflammatory foods) and food you can eat as much as you want of (low inflammatory foods). Whether you are looking for a strict eating plan, or a timer-saver, this book provides you with all of the information you need to get started, with lots of options to cater to your taste preferences, boost your immune system and reduce inflammation throughout your body.

I love the recipes in this book. They are very easy, healthy and delicious!! It hard to find a wide variety of anti inflammatory recipes. This book has it all. I definitely recommend it.

The book is clear to the point, the recipes are simple and delicious and basic if one wants to elaborate and use this recipes for your own. I puse this broths almost every dish I prepare. Good for rice,vegetables, soups, paella casseroles etc

Impressed !!!

I was expecting this to be just another half baked book with fillers but surprisingly, it's actually quite informative and detailed. The recipes were a nice addition as well. Good job and as the say "All diseases start in the stomach". From now on, let's take care of it shall we :)

Amazing Book!!!

I always felt cookbooks were a waste of money because you may like a couple recipes but the rest of the book was useless. And with the plethora of recipes on the internet it just never seemed worth it. This one is the exception, I truly love how each recipe seems very simple - they are quick recipes, most don't require a ton of ingredients and don't contain anything too crazy where you'll have to go to multiple stores. But I also really appreciate how each recipe tells you whether it's gluten free, dairy free, vegan, paleo, etc. It really helps you get what you are looking for really fast - no more looking through blogs trying to make sure the recipe doesn't have a certain nut or gluten. Hope to find more like this from the author!

High Recommend !!!

Every recipe I've made from this book has been tasty easy to make and easy, quick, yummy recipes and if you follow this cookbook and plan you will know in 7 days or less if this is a diet you should follow and my body responded by day two, I lost 8lbs in less than a month just sticking to an Anti-Inflammatory diet (I did not only stick to this cookbook, but anti-inflammatory in general) and when I cook from this cookbook, the entire family loves eating the food so no need to cook two meals, additionally I would say the portion size is for 2 people so I do double them often so I have left-overs and this book explains everything I needed to know and author then explains the foods that both worsen inflammation and help heal inflammation and why and the author then gives you a three-week menu plan to help you eliminate the anti-inflammatory irritants that are damaging your health and help you transition to a healthier lifestyle and this includes shopping lists also and the rest of the books is filled with delicious, easy to make recipes to help you live the anti-inflammatory lifestyle and some of the recipes include pictures of the finished products and i think it is a great tool to have for those that are just starting out with an elimination diet, because the recipes are very delicious, contain good for you ingredients, and allow you to choose, based on what it is that needs to be eliminated.

Love this book!

I am deeply into health and wellness. I used to suffer from Brain Fog which basically means that I lose keywords in a sentence let's say pineapple if I want to talk about pineapple and the next 5 minutes we're figuring out what the name is. I googled what can cause brain fog and one of the reasons is a "gluten" rich diet and inflammation, onc eI fugred that out I cut gluten from my diet and sought more information on inflamation hence I stumbled upon this book. This book explains so much "stuff" that you need to know to live a healthy lifestyle and remove inflammation. What I liked the most of this book is the recipes it holds, sweet and exotic is REALLY my taste as well haha. I highly recommend it

Great Book...

Inflammation is one of the processes by which our bodies protect themselves from foreign bacteria. However, sometimes this can be triggered when there is no bacteria in the body which causes damage to the bodies own tissue. This book gives you the strategies and tips to overcome this in a short and concise manner. I highly recommend this if you are struggling with inflammation or if you just want to avoid it ever happening to you.

Delicious Recipes !!!

I loved this cookbook! Yes. You do have to cook a lot. It isn't titled quick and easy. But the recipes are delicious! I have now tried at least 10 of them and have loved them all. I can't rave enough about this cookbook.

This book is astoundingly valuable !!!

It is amassed in a way that is definitely not hard to take after and easy to join into a step by step or step by step plan. I like how above all else they clear up an awesome arrangement about the quieting diet. I truly didn't know much about it in the not very removed past. I love the amazing way at first they even have a chart with things to eat and others to keep up a key separation from. I love it!

A fine primer !!!

This is concise and to the point. Taken as a plan, it would be a great start to developing healthy cooking habits. I am a little intimidated by the ebook format for a recipe book, but intend to try some of the recipes soon. If I were going to follow the three week plan, it would be easier to have the book on paper.
