Awesome book....

I almost bought bossbody but I have spent so much money on different training programs aIready. I wish I would have known of this book sooner (could have saved a lot of $). I love weight lifting. It's my favorite way to train. HIIT is a close 2nd because it requires little to no equipment and you can get such a great workout in you're pressed for time. This book is perfect for that. Highly recommend.

NO PDF???

How on earth can this audiobook not have a PDF? This is a difficult book to listen to without any visual or tools to take with you to the gym, very disappointing.

This is a great book, I love that they have a lot.

This is a great book, I love that they have a lot of work outs lined out, along with photos to show you how to do them. I don't know why people are stating they don't show you how to do the workouts, the pictures are in the book. If you need more explanation then that you can easily look them up online. The workouts are hard and they have 3 levels for each one. In addition they have "Challenges" which I think is great and it lines out what you do on what day. I also like that they include stretching in the book as well. My friend and I are using this book and are having great results.

Five Stars...

This book is particularly excellent for those on a time crunch (me) who are looking to get into or stay in shape. The workouts range from 5-60 minutes with the majority of routines being 10 minutes or less. You will be AMAZED at the results that you can get in such a short period of time! Do not think that short means easy and do not think that you cannot achieve GREAT results with such little time investment. You will be investing in other ways besides time: sweat and brief periods of VERY intense work.

Informative Book....

I liked this book because it described everything from what the exercises were and how to perform them. It explained how to get your body fat percentage and gave modifications and steps of HIT. This book was a big hit for me.

I grabbed this one because I love HIIT workouts!

I really hate spending an hour of my day on working out, who has time for it? I just grabbed this so I could get to something faster. I have been pretty pleased with it so far, it gives good exercise lists and good information, time will be the great decider I suppose, but so far I am loving this book!

Great introduction to a superior training method !

High Intensity Interval Training--HIIT for short--is a great way to improve your cardiovascular system and lose fat. This short yet well-written guide is a great introduction to what is HIIT, how it is superior to conventional cardiovascular training (CT), and how you can start right away to developing your own exercise regimen. As the author explains so well in the book, you can start getting the benefits of this powerful exercise program for a price of a cup of a latte. Why wait? The health benefits you'll get from the program will stay with you for the rest of your life!

Good !!!

The book explains HIIT is a way that is easy to grasp. It is changing how I work out. Time will tell the results. I appreciated the explanation of differences between dynamic, static, and developmental stretches and the examples of each.

Good !!!

The author explains the whole procedure in such a clear way that it motivates you to exercise and it doesn't feel like a chore. I live in a place where I have lots of stairs to climb down to get to the beach which takes my breath away but after learning the tips in this book I will be able to handle those stairs much easier.

Fantastic.

I have been looking for a book that included nutrition as well as exercise suggestions. I had no idea this book would entail as much as it did as far as the breakdown between carbs, proteins, and fats.

Five star.

This is a fascinating book, giving the reader an overall understanding of making one's life healthier The first thing to state is that this is not "a diet book." This is a book about growing physically, psychologically and spiritually toward your higher, better self.

This is a very comprehensive book on the subject.

I bought it on the basis of Mr Driver's review on the book I was going to buy (Michael Moseley's) which could be considered a shrewd move by Mr Driver! However, it does cover everything I needed it to and seems to be backed up by numerous scientific studies which are listed at the back. The bit I was most interested in was the section detailing the workouts themselves - easy to follow and plenty of variety.

Easy to read.

I spaced the reading out over just a few days. The evolutionary history was a bonus. The bit about the connection between lactic acid buildup, pain, and endorphins has made me appreciate the burn. The book explains HIIT is a way that is easy to grasp. It is changing how I work out. Time will tell the results.
