This is a great audiobook.

This is a great audiobook. Lots of good, easy recipes to make. My only complaint is that the recipes do not tell you what the serving size is. It may say 1 serving - but it does not tell you if that 1 serving is a cup, 1/2 cup, whole chicken breast, half chicken breast, etc. It still makes dieting a bit of a guessing game but at least I am doing it with good, healthy food.

Cook Books are different

I think I would enjoy and use this, if at the beginning of each chapter there was a spoken recipe list. Then listener's can set tabs to each dish.

Provides insights and tips for each.

Excellent job of explaining the science behind the Mediterranean diet, weight loss and exercise in a simple, understandable way, but provides insights and tips for each. In addition to providing recipes, there are four weeks planned out with shopping lists, daily menus, and logs for exercise and water. I definitely recommend this audiobook for those wanting to try this diet, want to lose weight or even just eat healthier.

The recipes are easy and delicious.

I was really astounded by perceiving what number of imperative recommendations accumulated in such a short audiobook. I really like this audiobook. This lifestyle has been tested and proven through time to be effective and maintainable. While other books may try to sell you a quick scheme to lose weight, the Mediterranean diet doesn’t make false promise.There are also a lot of seafood recipes and some meat ones too. The audiobook is light weight, and the recipes are easy and delicious. Good and nice!

Background tips like types of grains and rice.

I love the helpful background tips like types of grains and rice. Two faults would be larger font for my old eyes and more pictures but I’m a visual person.Magnificent prologue to the Mediterranean eating regimen and way of life. I as of late chose to make a way of life change, and this audiobook has helped me to discover plans to keep me on track. There are huge amounts of plans for every one of my nuts and bolts! Happy listening !!

Definitely a good listen.

The ease and use of this audiobook is wonderful for someone who has a family to look after, while looking for nutritious meals for the family that are easy to make. I also found this cook audiobook easy for people who may have restricted diets and need to alter recopies. I really liked the flavor and ease of this cook audiobook as well.The stylus of this audiobook is very easy and interesting.

Easy to listen and understand.

In site this audionbook the author shared many theory. I found the history of the Mediterranean diet and how it was discovered that it is better for our health.I am really enjoying cooking with this cookbook. the significant change is the inclusion of a large variety of foods. Well written by the Creator.

Really love this audiobook!!

Really love this audiobook!! I was hesitant at first but our family has adjusted easily to it. The recipes are flavorful, some recipes involve more prep than others, there are leftovers for next day lunch meals, I don’t feel deprived of food and over all like the new healthy options this is giving. Highly recommended.

The recipes were easy to follow,

I was able to lose 8 pounds following this 28 day Mediterranean diet. The recipes were easy to follow, the food had amazing flavor. I decided to continue the diet for 3 more weeks. Mediterranean will become part of my weekly meal plan. Good basic cook audiobook which stands up to the test of time. Easy to follow. Uses common ingredients.
