It’s pretty good but needs more...

So this book had a lot of great info but the narrator was quite robotic and it did not come with any PDF attachments. I really wanted to make some of the recipes, but I couldn’t because they weren’t read aloud (besides title) and they weren’t included as a PDF. Overall a good into to the Keto diet but could use those extras to make it worth it.

Great Source

Great Resource! Tons of Recipes and gives options to customize keto for you! I have been following this author for a while but I love seeing all her knowledge written out with beautiful charts. The attention to detail is phenomenal. I didn't think I needed this book but I'm so glad I ordered it on a whim.

Well Told

This book has been the best tool ever for me on this change of lifestyle. As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist through it's really hard to go against the grain of what I've been taught. This author has really opened my eyes and led me in the right direction of High Fat eating. I've always known sugar was the devil but now, with all the facts, I know I'm not going to play with the devil anymore.

I really appreciated the science in this book. There are meal plans as well which can be really helpful when you first start this kind of diet. I would definitely recommend it.

Great Recipes so much healthy

This book is amazing! Leanne writes in such a way that is easy to understand. The first half of the book is her helping you to learn more about the ketogenic diet, the science behind it, types of fats, and all sorts of helpful things. I have never made so many recipes from one recipe book.

There is a wealth of information in this book! I highly recommend this for long time Paleo Primal folk and those new to Low Carb High Fat! The graphics are wondering and the organization of information is superb! The things I really love:

Lovely Yummy Healthy

Yes its a great book, very informative and pretty understandable. I am keto beginner, so the shopping part is a little difficult to search for all the items wanted, i am on week 2 and shopping for week 2 was very difficult i could not find turkey thighs anywhere in san Antonio, i went to 3 or 4 shopping stores to look for them.`

This is a very considerate and complete book on eating Keto. Far beyond a simple list of Keto recipes, it actually teaches you: the theory of the diet, the preferred foods and their relevant dietary info, how to shop for the foods, different dietary strategies geared to different physiologies and goals, meal plans for each strategy, and a complete variety of recipes.
