This book offers a great framework for the Keto diet, but some of the info/opinion is a little over the top. For example, there's no scientific evidence that would support GMO foods being harmful to human health or organic produce being any healthier, so I question the author's scientific literacy

This book has been the best tool ever for me on this change of lifestyle. As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist through it's really hard to go against the grain of what I've been taught. This author has really opened my eyes and led me in the right direction of High Fat eating. I've always known sugar was the devil but now, with all the facts, I know I'm not going to play with the devil anymore.

This book is jam packed with amazing information that really helps you see the whole picture. She really helps you take a look at every aspect of this lifestyle and really challenges you to adjust it to you instead of following the standard. Really amazing book!

This book really helped me decide if I wanted to try Keto and how to do so in a way that works for me. I need more veggies in my diet but including “carb-ups” means I don’t lose weight as fast as some. For me, it feels much more sustainable this way and I am losing about a pound a week.

The first half of this book is dedicated to understanding keto, and setting yourself up for success with making such a diet change. The information is all very helpful and useful, if time-consuming to listen to.

Great Resource! Tons of Recipes and gives options to customize keto for you! I have been following this author for a while but I love seeing all her knowledge written out with beautiful charts. The attention to detail is phenomenal. I didn't think I needed this book but I'm so glad I ordered it on a whim.

I highly recommend this book whether you’re just starting out or have experience with this way of life. Other books I’ve tried to read required a masters in some area of science to understand it all. this book is an easy and interesting read, for the everyday person.
