A hidden gem

Aside from the narrator being a professional one, to say the least, the content of the book is praiseworthy. The authors of these separate books took the time to analyze the ketogenic diet to the core, as well as various aspects that contribute to or take away from our health, such as the dangers of dairy or gluten, sugar, and the long list of useful fruits like avocados and other keto-friendly products.

What stood out the most to me, is how much the keto diet can help with preventing things like Alzheimer's or Dementia. Cancer could be decreased, although the assurance of this isn't certain at all, and other things like heart conditions or blood work, can improve.

The keto diet is not for wimps, and the book makes that very clear. It's a tough beginner's phase, and I am glad they are not sugar-coating it in this bundle. The downsides or side effects are indicated, as are disadvantages such as diminished libido (if that's what you consider a disadvantage).

Make no mistake. This book box set is a standout amongst the crowd.

Interesting concepts

The ideas in this book are definitely worth checking out. The keto diet has been so generlized that it's hard to find a neutral, skeptical mind about it anywhere. But this guide does a good job at this.

I was wondering about this

The separate books are already on the platform, but now, there is a 4 in 1 bundle. But all the topics are separate and still related to keto. Heck, there is even a list of tips about how to sleep better so you can lose weight in your sleep!

Okay, okay. Don't worry. It's not all that far-fetched. The majority of the book still relates very directly to the ketogenic diet, with side effects, symptoms of ketosis, solutions for better results, expectations, and other things you should know before you begin. If I were to recommend any book, it would be this one. It contains all I wanted to learn.

Understandable

I thought the keto diet became a lot more obvious and understandable when I listened to this 4 in 1 guide. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks.

Very nice book

I enjoyed it because you can buy it with your credit and get almost 6 hours of narration about all kinds of health factors related to the keto diet. I enjoyed his voice too.

Great stuff

I know there are lots of other choices for keto books, but this one topped them all in my opinion. Kim James put this book together from 4 different authors, and the narrator did an excellent job turning into an enjoyable afternoon for me, learning about health and healthy fats.

Yes! This book tells you everything about keto! I learned more than from any of the courses and stuff that are out there. Skip YouTube and get this book.

Awesome

This is an excellent keto book. Yes, I recommend this because it contains 4 books with a lot of topics that are related to ketogenic dieting. It stood out and I bought it with my credit. I think I like the last few chapters the best, so be sure to listen all the way to the end.

A lot to listen to

I truly enjoyed this 4 in 1 book that goes over all the different things like sleeping and weight loss, ketogenic food sources, the diet's disadvantages, and many other scientific, honest things.

Engaging narrator

He really pulled it off. I have no clue how Kim James plays a role in all of this. I mean, these are 4 books from 4 different authors, but obviously, they got topics assigned to them, because there is no real overlap in duplicate information. I guess Kim James is the publisher who put the books together and bundled them up. Personally, I enjoyed listening to them.

Lovely book

I certainly enjoyed the fact that there were more than 40 chapters or so that talked about all the different foods, like avocados, sugar, dairy products, grains, weight loss programs, the different kinds of ketogenic diets, losing weight in your sleep, brain disorders and cancer, and much more. Very good bundle, and good value for the price, especially if you buy it with your credit.

Wow! A box set!

Excellent information

This is a compilation of various books from different authors, though all narrated by the same person. The first book was still the most interesting, in my opinion, since it covers the most important basics of the keto diet. But others had valuable information too.

Important

For anyone who follows the ketogenic diet, this book is super important. It doesn't tell you all the lies you want to hear, but it actually has a critical point of view, weighing the pros and cons of the diet, not talking a bunch of rubbish.

Nice box set

It doesn't look like a box set on the cover, but if you look closely, it says 4 in 1. And that's exactly why it is so long. I loved this book! I cannot say it enough!

Lots of things

I really love this book about the ketogenic diet. It has everything I wanted to learn. The various sub-topics relate to aspects of the diet like pros and cons, but also side effects, the benefits and topics such as dairy products, avocados, supplements, herbs, etc.

Interesting

What did you expect from an almost 6 hour book? I mean, this book has everything. Didn't leave much out. Everything backed up by research, warning against side effects but also honestly praising the keto diet for what it is.
