Straight forward and very doable

I especially appreciated how she broke down the different levels of hunger. It helped me identify when I’m really hungry and when I’m just eating because I’m stressed or bored. Her tips to approaching social meals were also extremely helpful. If you, like me, have tried every diet and weight loss trend out there, this is a refreshing and effective approach to changing how you eat and how you approach meals.

I really enjoyed this book, way more than I thought I would. The principles in here, while seemingly common sense, are so applicable to your everyday life. It was enjoyable to read and it kept me engaged the whole time!
