Muy bien
Me gustó mucho este libro porque es muy grande. Tiene muchos capítulos diferentes que tratan diversos aspectos de la dieta cetogénica. Muy bien.

Lo que me encantó de este libro:
1 - Pensé que la voz del narrador sonaba muy bien. El es profesional
2 - Los capítulos sobre el cáncer y los efectos sobre el cerebro. Las cetonas pueden ser excelentes para el cuerpo. Nunca entendí eso antes.
3 - El hecho de que había tanta información, y que no era en absoluto repetitiva.
4 - Lo que dijeron sobre el azúcar, y lo venenoso que es. Voy a evitar comer más azúcar. Es una promesa.
5 - Todo lo que necesitas saber sobre la dieta cetogénica. Explicó bien cómo funciona, y también cuáles son las desventajas.
