This is a very brief introduction into what yoga is and how to effectively practice it. It has some good information on what you need to get started.I am personally overwhelmed at the prospect of a public yoga class, but I have amassed all of the tools I need to get started, and with the guidance I have found in this publication, I am going to give it a try. It also helps that I've rearranged my family room and now I actually have room to practice.Its really good

advanced guide

It does tell about the different kinds of yoga. It is very informative. I'm a beginner and was looking for poses that would help with different parts of my body. It's suppose to help my physical therapy. I can not do a single pose except mountain pose properly and the easy version is even hard.Its really very informative

This book is quite nice to say, as it has 31 yoga poses for 31 days. The one thing I liked about the book is that it focuses more on beginners of Yoga. It also has illustrations to help you master the poses easily. recommended for everyone.

Must listen to it.....

Yoga is something I didn't like. I tried to do it a few years back but was really difficult for me. Now I'm planning to start it once again as I've heard many benefits of it. One benefit is that it helps calm ones mind.

helpful guide

I was searching for a good exercise to follow and to be healthy and I came across this book and I finally settle for Yoga. I am now aware of the importance of yoga and how it helps in staying health. The book has explained yoga step by step and thus fitted for any beginner as it is easy and clear to follow. I like the way the author has encouraged the beginners not to stop as it is not easy in the start and comes easy as one continues. I will never give up, thanks to the user. I will always use book and recommend it to anyone who want to work out, yoga way. I would recommend this book for anyone out there who is just starting out with Yoga and is curious about how to do it and what the benefits are.

Yoga has been a great way for me to not only lose some weight, but also a way for me to relax and take my mind off of stress and anxiety. This book gave me some confidence and understanding in the methods. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in the topic.
