Fantastic Book

I am searching for something that can help me with my anxiety and stress and my friend recommended this book I am so thankful because this book is really helpful and it will teach you a lot in terms of addressing your stress and calming your mind. So far, all the techniques that I have tried have been effective and it improved my situation.

Amazing! Great Job Author! <3

The fact that this audiobook is designed with busy people in mind is one of my favorite things about it. Even with the busiest schedule, the author's practical advice and techniques can be implemented. For instance, the book suggests dedicating a short period of time each day to deep breathing and mindfulness exercises. For me, this has changed the game. Even in moments when I'm feeling overwhelmed, I can now set aside a little period of time each day to unwind and clear my head.

Great Book!

I definitely need this book! Recently, I am having problem in terms of my temper I am so stressed out in work and life and this book is absolutely good. I read it from time to time and it calms my mind and it teaches me many things in terms of dealing with it. Thank you again for this I highly recommend it.

life changer!

This audiobook changed my mindset! I love everything about this and what it offers. It is inevitable to feel at edge sometimes, but it is also important that we know how to handle our own emotions. I highly recommend this if you are looking for ways to do so!

Helped me A Lot!!

I'm a busy working mom who is constantly anxious and overwhelmed. I have to continuously balance my obligations to my family, my job, and my home, so finding time for myself can be difficult. However, I recently came upon this book, and it totally transformed my life.

Best Audiobook for Me!

I used the techniques from the book to prepare for my presentation. I practiced my speech in front of a mirror and focused on proper breathings and body language. I also visualized myself giving a confident and engaging presentation. And on the day of my presentation, I was still nervous, but I was able to manage my anxiety and deliver a successful speech. I was even able to answer questions from the audience without feeling overwhelmed. I did a Great Job thanks to this :D

Love it!

For me, it’s really hard to have a balance lifestyle and with the amount of work and responsibilities it makes it even more impossible and it’s a lot of burden to be honest. Thankfully with the proper support and the help of books like this one I find peace and techniques. I will surely treasure this book.
