Good introduction

This is a good introduction for people wanting the basics of the ketogenic diet. Inexpensive and a quick listen. It includes a selection of recipes so if those are important to you you’ll want to be ready to take notes or consider purchasing a hard copy.

Great Keto slow cooker cookbook! Delicious recipes, truly keto with nutrients listed. Some recipes require precooking onions, garlic etc but I just throw them in and it comes out great. Highly recommend!

This book gave the rudiments of the ketogenic eating routine, for example, its motivation for weight reduction, particular nourishments that are incorporated into the eating routine and also the advantages of the eating regimen in the body. This was a more itemized guide with the greater part of it containing content while the rest had the formulas. Generally speaking, this is really a learner's guide!
