Annoying and Doesn't Work

I found the woman's voice really annoying plus it starts with some soft talking then suddenly this grating and booming voice brings you back to reality and keeps you there until you turn it off. I feel like I totally wasted a credit and wish I could get a refund.

Feel relaxed

This audio book is helpful for feeling relaxed before sleeping, if you are relaxed before sleeping, you usually get a good long sleep, guided meditations is always a good way to get to sleep

The narration is well done, the length of the audio book is good and appropriate as well

Getting a good eight hours sleep is possible

It's been a wonderful way to get to sleep without much hassle. I am surprised by the effectiveness of this audio book, it proved to be really effective for getting to sleep at night

Best night sleep

I’m hooked. I have the best deep sleep without taking my typical melatonin, etc. If I wake up at 3am, I simply turn it on again for 30 more minutes and I’m out until my alarm goes off. I want my whole family to try it!
