Unfortunately, the full extent of what narcissistic abuse entails is not taught in any psychology class or diagnostic manual.

I love this audiobook!
I love this audiobook! It was exactly what I was going through. I have never found a counselor, online video, website, or person that has ever put gas lighting in these terms! I only wish I had listened to it earlier and perhaps it could have saved my relationship. Everyone needs to listen to this is you feel you are in this situation. I cannot say enough good things about this audiobook! I even email the author to tell her how wonderful it is!

I will apply the suggestions.
This audiobook describes different kinds of gaslighting. The author provides suggestions on how to identify, respond, and cope with gaslighters. It was very revealing and eye-opening as I saw the ways in which I allowed and encouraged the gaslighting in my life. Hopefully, I will apply the suggestions given in the audiobook to my situation and see changes in my future.
