Author doesn't seem to speak English well

The first chapter is full of non sequiturs and ungrammatical sentences. For instance:

"[T]here is a way that a person would think – and then you know your line of thought is be clouded by something."

The narrator also seems to be a text-to-speech bot.

Narrator was not good.

I usually enjoy books about cognitive behavioral therapy and find them insightful, but The narration of this book was so choppy and did not have a usual rhythm in reading. Almost like he was reading something he was not familiar with and was just reading words. There were parts where there were no pauses where they should have been a period, then the next statement was blended into the first. There were some good ideas talked about, but they were not truly explained . I Ended up returning this book. Very disappointed.

Change my life

Everything is about attitude using this magnificent method, cuz I spent too much time in stress, and working to solve it. Life is about habits and this way is how cbt works, correcting bad habits and keeping the good ones. It`s so wonderful.

Help is on the way

Many times we fight about making choices in our life for good or don’t. Thanks to this revealing book, I understood to go up to best. Always having respect for us, trusting in our abilities and the people around us. This is all cbt about, helping people to help their selves.

A choice

Sometimes I don’t know how to set my goals in life for my constant feel of danger because anxiety. This book helped me to get that, and to promote the best way to fight against these feelings and how to break through to have a peaceful reformed mind.

The power of thinking

Anger causes me troubles in my relationships all the time, for that reason I have to seek how to handle this big issue and I found this, the cbt book. It has been amazing how works my mind and understanding my anger in so many levels. Today by day I'm a new person applying this.

From angry to happy

There are days that I don`t know why I'm so angry and hearing about cbt in this book took me to a new level in thinking inside me and discover why my emotions are so erratic and the way to correct them. To get to know my mind first, I have to accept myself.

Not alone anymore!

Making new friends or expose to me to social meetings was always a huge problem. Because I am a shy guy. But hearing this book made me realize my weaknesses and strengths and get strong in my capacities and get a healthy self-esteem. Today I have new friends and people.

Fix the problem

I often see myself avoiding things that cause me anxiety, but using the knowledge from this book I have learned how to handle these bad feelings and fight over my problems, and be brave and decided for a new and beautiful life. All thanks to this great and wonderful book.
