Best Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, and insomnia

I used to stay awake a lot, spending a big part of the night worrying and crying. I was dealing with depression, insomnia and anxiety every minute of my life. This book is helping me so much. Since I started listening to it I feel way better and I found the courage to see a psychiatrist. I’m not the happiest person on earth now, neither the most relaxed, but I have a lot more control on myself that I used to have before diving into cognitive behavioral therapy. Definitely recommended.

Worth more than one credit

I was introduced to CBT by a friend of mine who was following a counseling program for his anxiety. I always feel better after listening to a chapter and my attitude is changing so much. I think this huge guide is worth way more than one credit and my advice is to grab it until it will be more expensive.

Perfect if you struggle with anxiety

This audiobook, combined with a few counselor sessions, has made my life brighter. My anxiety is now manageable. I can finally enjoy afternoons with my daughters without making them feel uncomfortable. I used to have one panic attack each week or so, now the last time I panicked was two months ago. Thank you so much Dr. Adams for your awesome work. Waiting for your next audiobooks!

The good way

No fear

This book is beautiful in so many ways; it helped me to watch my fear in another way. Saying to myself I have no fear is a way to fight it, like this method express it to get a understanding of our mind and soul in a way never ever seen from us. To change everything bad to good stuffs.

Fresh start

Forgetting the painful past

True results

A new experience

Searching for my stability

How difficult it seemed to live with emotional stability, and even more so when suffering from constant suicidal thoughts, or simply failure. I began to give myself a chance with therapy and although at first my hopes were at zero, little by little I was able to increase them.

Having experienced the impossible
