“How has our ruling class gotten away with attacking the majority of Americans on the basis of their race? The answer is scary, and this outstanding book explains.”—Tucker Carlson
While political and media elites hysterically condemn an imaginary epidemic of “white supremacy,” in the real world, white Americans are often openly discriminated against. Indeed, anti-white policies have become so interwoven in the fabric of American life that we often fail to recognize them.
Launched with a laudable appeal to justice for all, regardless of skin color, the civil rights movement has increasingly betrayed that vision. As activists look for racism where it no longer exists, the failure to achieve perfect equality of outcomes is now used to justify discrimination against whites in business, education, law, the military, entertainment, and even the church.
The Unprotected Class provides a comprehensive explanation of how we got here and what we must do to correct our dangerous course.

Jeremy Carl's book documents the many ways in which the leftists have instituted systemic race-based oppression of Whites, all while crying that Whites were guilty of the oppression. This is textbook weaponized "accusation in a mirror" propaganda, accuse your rival of that which you are doing, similar to DARVO (deny - attack - reverse victim and offender).
One of the more disconcerting aspects of the book is the Anti-White outcomes were largely a result of white liberal elites that express an out group preference, a form of self-hatred. Of course, the White politicians signaling out group preferences are doing so to gain or retain political power, leveraging the common knowledge myth of the virtue of Civil Rights redistributionism.
99% of the book is descriptive - not prescriptive - and laden with supporting, verifiable facts. Yes, Jeremy is responsible for framing the issues, which is a White centric perspective, but his perspective is supported by evidence and coherent argument. And, the Anti-White perspective is so pervasive today that his perspective is necessary to bring any sense of balance to the debate.
I appreciate the list of constructive, prescriptive actions that Jeremy suggests at the end of the book. In essence, he is mostly advocating that Whites adopt a similar playbook employed by the left over the last 70 years. The first step will be the most difficult... Whites must come together to form an activist political group, securing alliances with other groups that will benefit from eliminating the systemic racism that harms them too, like East Asians.
