I can’t say enough good things about this book! Clear, concise and a great motivator. The goal setting points were amazing and it’s an awesome reminder that we, as agents, are in a people business and even with today’s technology we can’t forget that.
A decent and informative audio book. Ricky provides solid information in an interesting and memorable way. It is worth listening to again and again.

The Author has provided a glimpse into what it takes to become a highly successful Real Estate Agent in today's ever-changing and challenging environment. As an aspiring Top Listing Agent (Recently Licensed), I'm going to incorporate many of the gems that Ricky has provided so that I may too morph into a Diamond - Hopefully sooner rather than later! It's not easy, and Ricky is clear that one must work hard and be proficient in time management in order to be successful in the long run. Excellent Job!
