Solid book. Great advice

I like this kid. He is generous and open in his advice and has a service oriented mentality. He's also been super succeful in real estate so his advise is coming from a strong position, yet he is a humble guy. The type you'd probably be buddies with. Worthwhile listen.

We get to learn from an sales expert!

What I love about Ricky is that he is someone who created success in life and is living the life everyday but instead of keeping all his knowledge to himself, he gives it all away for free. He literally tells you what he does day in and day out to make a million bucks a year. How many sales coaches make anywhere near that much?!? You could probably count them on one hand.

I think most coaches make things super complicated because they don't actually know how to be successful so they make it up as they go. Ricky shows that being successful is simple. Make contacts, build relationships and automate your contacts with them and then repeat.

Not your fluff real estate book.

I love it. Definitely will get the paperback version to highlight notes. I try to average 30+ audibles a year for the past 4 years. A lot of this genre has so much fluff which is almost like mental challenge to just listen through so I can maybe find that one gold nugget that will help me in any part of my life. Your books on the other hand is full of knowledge to make a real estate agent successful.

I’m not done yet, but half way and just got it yesterday ! I particular love the idea of how to Handle Buyers and the criteria they should go through in order to qualify them as worth your time. Because at the end of the day , my ultimate goal is to become a listing agent. So refer them to out to a buyers agent and still get a referral fee.

Hands down already top 3 fav for me in real estate and I’ve listened to many of the top recommended books on real estate.
