Publisher's Summary

A lively and practical guide to sell anything and up your business game from one of the top realtors in the world and costar of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing: New York and Sell It Like Serhant.

"Ryan is not only charming and hilarious, he could sell milk to a cow. This book is going to be very helpful and humorous to a lot of people looking to up their business game." (Andy Cohen, host of Watch What Happens Live... and New York Times best-selling author of Superficial)

Ryan Serhant was a shy, jobless hand model when he entered the real estate business in 2008 at a time the country was on the verge of economic collapse. Just nine years later, he has emerged as one of the top realtors in the world and an authority on the art of selling. Whether you are selling a brownstone or a hot tub, golf balls or life insurance, Serhant shares the secrets behind how to close more deals than anyone else, expand your business, and keep clients coming back to you.

Sell It Like Serhant is a smart, at times hilarious, and always essential playbook to build confidence, generate results, and sell just about anything. You'll find tips on:

  • The seven stages of selling
  • Getting FKD: how to be a time manager, not a time stealer
  • Negotiating like a boss
  • "The one who...": everyone needs a hook
  • Pulling the indecisive client forward
  • And much more!

This audiobook is the blueprint for how to go from sales scrub to sales machine. Serhant provides useful lessons, lively stories, and examples that illustrate how anyone can employ his principles to increase profits and achieve success. Your measure of a good day will no longer depend on one deal or one client.

A good salesperson never closes a deal and wonders, "What now?" The next deal is already happening. Serhant shares practical guidance on how to juggle multiple deals at once and close all of them every. Single. Time.

Whatever your business or expertise, Sell It Like Serhant will make anyone a master at sales.

Ready, set, go!

Funny, humble and entertaining

It’s an enjoyable listen. His frank and honest storytelling offers valuable insight into triumphing over adversity and mistakes. His humble funny manner makes it very easy to relate to.
Reminds me of Tim Ferris The 4 hour work week.

A Must Listen

I have listened to various audiobooks and lost interest within a few minutes but Ryan Serhant makes it fun to listen to. He’s energetic and funny and gives us tips on how to be better at sales and if you’re not in sales, you can use similar techniques in whatever career you are in. What you see on MDLNY and Sell It Like Serhant (the show), is the same hyper-focused Ryan who is reading the book.

Informative and Entertaining in true Serhant style!

If you are a Serhant fan you will love the delivery of the audible version of his book. If you don’t know much about him you will come to like his enthusiasm, hard work ethic and humor!

It’s Informative, educational and highly entertaining. He describes his beginnings as a struggling actor to the success he is today from his disciplines and aha moments to his extreme discipline and work ethic in life, work and leadership.

Buy the book or the audible version which I preferred... you won’t be disappointed and have some laughs will listening

Serhant if you read this, well done, thanks for sharing your life, knowledge and story so openly you are the consummate Professional, goof ball, PR and Marketing dynamo all rolled up in one!
Wish you and much continued success Sir!

Ready...Set...Go!

Epic book! So good I listened to it in one day. There are so many good takeaways but I think the biggest one for me is that one needs to take action and not be afraid of failure. Meeting 3 new people a day will be my new mission. Thank you Ryan for writing this amazing book!

Really Good Book With Practical Steps

I found Ryan through YouTube because I don't watch tv. I already enjoyed his fun personality through the vlog. So after watching his interview with Grant Cardone I figured I would pick up the book.

The audio was well done and Ryan did very well using tonality and inflection to really drive certain points home.

The actual content was largely what you find in other business books. But the other 10% is gold and I will be going back over those chapters. If you're a business person or in sales (at any seniority level) you must get this book.

I should be embarrassed...

I have never finished reading a book from cover to cover, nor have I ever finished listening to an audio book. But I owe it to Ryan to put myself out there and let everyone know, I just finished listening to "Sell it Like Serhant" in 2 days! Ryan's humor is hilarious to me and I could relate to him on many levels. This book inspired me to get myself motivated again and gave me some great tips on initiating things in order to fill my pipeline. I truly felt like I was sitting in a room with my best friend chatting about how to keep myself motivated and understanding that deals will fall apart, but that doesn't mean I have to. Thank you thank you thank you Ryan Serhant. I hope to meet you face to face so I can tell you my success story that was inspired by you! Because I WILL have that story to tell.

Serhant! You did it man.

Finally someone puts forth real value dropping gold nugget after gold nugget on how to turn yourself into a better you. And then that translates into better sales! This book delivered, wait for it..., Voice inflection awareness, mouth and tongue exercises aimed at developing precision in your speech, a business/sales framework to go by and straight talk that you know we all need every now and then to reset your mental energy. I loved this book. A good portion of the book seemed like this is how Ryan would sit you down and exlpain how shit works in his office when you go to work for him, complete with examples and stories to motivate you. You know, all the little stuff your mentor would give to you like nuance and habits. At times it felt like my brother was talking to me and at times it felt like my dad was teaching me... and it was all a perfect mix of knowledge, humor, sentiments, feelings, perspectives and actionable steps. It's all common sense stuff and simple. Great Job Ryan.
