Excellent book......
I am on a low carb diet recently and I wanted to try out some quick and simple low carb recipes. I found this book on Amazon audioble and immediately grabbed it. A good resource book, but wanted more recipes so I can try different varieties each day. This is a recommended read for anyone interested in starting a low carb diet.

This is a great and informative book! This book breaks it down and explains why it works and the meals/snacks it offers are easy to make.The book is a good reference for the low carb way of dieting.
