I started keto and lost weight quickly.
I started keto and lost weight quickly. I started my Ironman training and was freaking out on what to eat keto to stay on course. So I was trying all kinds of so-called keto drinks for energy and I kept having less energy and started gaining weight back. After listening to this book I realized I need to train without all the drinks and work my way into ketoses again and see how I perform on my own fat.

Very easy to follow.
When I decided to start ketogenic I bought a general book plus three cookbooks. This book was the smallest of the three cookbooks but easily the most useful. It gives an overall description of the diet and what it can do. It starts with explaining, giving hints for success, shopping lists, recipes, and sample meals. Very easy to follow.
