Nice book

The book is brilliantly composed of substitution options and photographs of each equation. Bunches of strong information almost what you got to have access, as well. The aggregate of the plans I endeavoured so distant is completely wonderful. I'm so happy to have found this book. I can warm once more!

Great cookbook.

This is a great cookbook. The author clearly worked on and perfected her recipes, and the pictures are great. Recipes all have accurate nutritional info (net carbs in particular) as well. You should also check out the author's web site, where you'll find updates of some of the receipts and many additional ones.

This book is very very informative, explained in a friendly language, covers every subject you need to know to start a keto diet, and gives you lots of meal ideas. After getting answers to all my questions, I feel very comfortable to start my diet. Highly recommended.
