The book was great and the performance was excellent; however I am very disappointed that the pdf did not accompany the book in my audible library as that was a big reason I bought this title.

Amazed with this

It’s good to be educated on how our body works and how ketosis affects our body. I’m still amazed with the things I’ve learned and I’ve never been this happy with a handbook! Flavorful dishes that suits ketogenic diet!

A sound one

This LCHF book is a sound one that’s why I’m now saying yes to it. I no longer mind downing ketone drinks as this book teaches us how to be creative in preparing for our own. At first, I was dubious if it will really work as this diet supports the idea of consuming more fats than protein and carbs. After being in it for several days, I noticed some significant results like fewer hunger pangs.
