This is the perfect book for me to listen to at this point in my life. Because i'm in peri-menopause and things are drastically different. I don't understand why I'm so angry and my body is not mine anymore.
This audio explains reasons why the body changes because of estrogen and progesterone levels and other reasons. The author goes into all different types of intermittent, fasting and keto plans. I've essentially been on the 18/6 plan for a long time but if I pay more attention to it, it might help me lose weight. I Love how she gives the difference in macros from a regular diet to a keto diet.

I don't understand grams or Celsius but if you do the recipes will be easier for you. I have to do conversions but they sound AMAZING. Courgettes and aberjeans.... There's a few things that are definitely British? French?

There's a whole recipe book for both keto and Mediterranean diet listed here and they sound so good. How to exercise while intermittent fasting is also explained. This is definitely one of those books. I'm going to need to have a print copy of as well. So that I have all of these amazing recipes
